Aquaerobics
14 yrs to Adult Traditional & Water Park Pool
Low impact exercise class, with part in deep  and part in shallow water (floatation devices provided). A combination of warm-up, cardiovascular workout, stretching and flexibility exercises, cool down and relaxation exercises.

Aquaerobics Water Speed Workout
Need a high intensity, low impact workout just like the sweat land classes but in water? Try our new SPEED WORKOUT! Christine Alymer, an experienced Speed Workout instructor will lead you through a class guaranteed to get your heart rate up! Class conducted in deep water.

Arthritis Aquatics
Designed for all ages with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and other rheumatic related conditions. The Arthritis Foundation and Y promote physical activity to reduce pain and disability while increasing strength, mobility and flexibility. Swimming ability not required. Experienced and certified instructors; accessible steps, hydraulic chair lift available. New entrants, contact Betsy McCormick, x 1120.

TEEN/ADULT SWIM LESSONS
14 yrs to Adult
Learn basic aquatic skills, survival techniques and improve your swimming ability for all strokes.

MASTERS SWIM
18 yrs to Adult
National coed fun and fitness program for a great workout. Satisfactory performance of freestyle, backstroke and breast stroke required. Great for the tri-athlete looking to fine tune their swimming. Competition strictly up to the individual.

NAUI SCUBA
12 yrs to Adult Club House
National Association of Underwater Instructors - Learn fundamentals of safe diving, care and selection of scuba gear and diving first aid. Come to the first class and try for free. Contact Underwater World to register - 215-672-4180. Bring bathing suit and towel to first class.

SYNCHRO SWIMMING
14 yrs to Adult
Competent swimmers develop agility, endurance and body control through synchronized swimming and water ballet routines. Ability to swim basic strokes needed. Nose plugs a must. FREE TRIAL CLASS! Choose a date and contact Betsy McCormick to register, 215-348-8131, x 1120.

ADULT STROKE & TURN/TRIATHLON CLASS
