Begin your journey to health and fitness with a step in the right direction by signing up for a Fitness Evaluation. Meet one-on-one with a personal trainer to:
- Find your starting point baseline assessments reveal your current level in important areas of fitness
- Decide where you are going pick areas you want to improve or change and set goals
- Set a plan to get there personal trainer designs a program to help you meet your goals by making small but noticeable progress
Basic Fitness Evaluation - FREE TO MEMBERS
14 yrs to Adult
Using the Polar "BodyAge" assessment tool, your evaluation determines your personal "starting points" for important components of fitness including:
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Muscular strength and endurance
- Flexibility
- Body composition
A Personal Trainers will help you set realistic goals and talk with you about ways the Y can support your efforts to achieve them. After your evaluation, you also receive two basic fitness orientations with a Fitness Coach who will guide you through a basic workout and help you learn how to use the machines in our Fitness Center. Customized Fitness Evaluation with Introduction to Personal Training
14 yrs to Adult
Option includes everything in the Basic Evaluation PLUS
- Nutrition guidelines and menu planning targeted to meet your goals
- Personalized exercise plan designed by the Personal Trainer/Evaluator specifically for you
- Three 45-minute one-on-one Personal Training sessions
This value packed evaluation is limited to members only on a once per year basis.
