Dodgeball league is postponed one week due to the Lenape Dodgeball Tournament. The first week of Dodgeball League will be November 6 and will run through December 18.

Meet with a Personal Trainer

Determine starting points for cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance. Also includes body composition and Polar Body-Age Assessment. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) required. Considering both a Fitness Evaluation and a Fitness Center Orientation? We recommend beginning your journey with the Fitness Evaluation.

Meet with a Fitness Coach

Gain comfort and familiarity within the Fitness Center while learning the basics of select pieces of equipment; includes two, 60-minute appointments with a Fitness Coach.

Goal Setting Conversation | FREE TO MEMBERS
Meet with a Healthy Living Staff Member

No evaluation, just conversation! Come and share your fitness goals with a supportive, Healthy Living Staff Member, skilled in motivational interviewing.

Metabolic Analysis
18 yrs+ | Fitness Center
There is one basic truth to weight loss: You need to burn more than you eat. KORR Metabolic Analysis will tell you your metabolic rate to show precisely how many calories your body actually burns. Calculate how many calories you should eat to lose or maintain your weight. Re-analysis is encouraged every 4 to 6 months to establish new caloric guidelines for you to follow in pursuit of your goals.
