Dodgeball league is postponed one week due to the Lenape Dodgeball Tournament. The first week of Dodgeball League will be November 6 and will run through December 18.

One-On-One Training
7 yrs+ 30 or 60 min | A certified Personal Trainer will guide you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport Specific Training is available.

Group Style Personal Training
Work with any of our great trainers in a group setting of 2-3 members. Excellent option for parent and child, spouses, friends and teammates. Training with someone else gives you added support, extra accountability and maximum motivation.
