Group Style Personal Training
Work with any of our great trainers in a group setting of up to 4 members. Excellent option for parent and child, spouses, friends and teammates. Training with someone else gives you added support, extra accountability and maximum motivation.
Investment Training Package
7 yrs+
An investment in your health can lead to a more productive work life and less medical burden. Try a bank of personal training minutes for flexibility of length of training session and number of training sessions. Train for 20 minutes one day and 90 minutes the next day, based on your needs and the guidance of your trainer.
TRX Suspension Training
15 yrs+
Change the way you train and discover small group TRX Suspension. Builds total body stability and strength by leveraging your bodyweight through a variety of “fun”ctional exercises. Perfect for beginner exercisers to elite athletes, TRX will revolutionize your training.
Private & Semi-Private
Group Exercise Class Lessons
12+ years (60 minute option only)
Choose from any classes. Private or semi-private lessons with a certified group fitness instructor helps accommodate your schedule. Workout one-on-one with a friend or friends (up to 4 people) in your favorite group fitness format.
