Private Martial Arts Lessons
4 yrs+ | Choose from any of the following style of classes: Budokon, Karate, Tai Chi. Private or semi-private lesson(s) with certified instructors to accommodate your schedule. Workout one-on-one or with a friend.
7 yrs+ | Japanese martial art of unarmed self-defense uses attacker’s force against them; encourages discipline and a nonviolent attitude. Develops rhythmic movement and physical fitness; improves reaction, perception and coordination; promotes strength and suppleness through twisting, bending and stretching movements. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian participating in the class.
Tai Chi Chuan - Progressive
Beg-Adv | Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, a Chinese art, is a complete or internal style martial art. Muscles will be strengthened, blood circulation regulated, spirit stimulated, and the body refreshed. Promotes balance, digestion and increased internal energy.
Martial Arts Technique Class
16 yrs+ | Get the most out of your Martial Arts style workouts. Concentrated training focusing on the proper form, technique and appliction of your kicks, punches, blocks and strikes. A great intro for beginners, or refinement and focus for the seasoned pro.
