Need to Know Information
Registration & Payment works on a first come, first served basis. We have the space, come fill it! Due to safety considerations, we do have a limit. Register early to beat the rush!

Just follow these steps:
1. Stop in at the Welcome Center to meet with a Service Representative.

2. Hand in the following forms:

  • Registration
  • Emergency Contact
  • Field Trip Permission
  • Parent Statement of Understanding
  • Child Health Assessment by May 31

3. Pay $25 Non-Refundable deposit for each camp

4. Choose future payment method:

  • Weekly Credit Card/Bank Draft
  • Monthly payments due on 1st of each month

5. Read the Parent Handbook thoroughly

6. Attend Camp Orientation

Policies:

  • Late Care ends at 6 PM. Children not picked up by 6 PM will be charged an additional $5.00 per 5 minutes of lateness. After 6 PM, campers will be escorted to Child Watch (additional fee), where they will wait to be picked up by the parent. Repeated offenses may jeopardize future enrollment in Late Camp.
  • Please pick your camps carefully, as a $10 fee will be assessed per request per child for a request to change a camp. A camper is not permitted to change camps during the camp week. Deposits are not returned with cancellations.
  • All changes must be submitted on or before the Wednesday prior to the start of the following camp week. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after August 1, 2012. No changes will be accepted weeks 10 & 11.
