Individual Challenge: Fall in Love with Fitness

Refresh your routine this Fall! Each week you will be encouraged to complete weekly challenges geared towards different dimensions of health and wellness. Earn points by completing challenges and tracking your workouts.

 

Family Challenge: Fall in Love with Family Time

Small changes for your family can lead to a healthier lifestyle. Let the Y help you set realistic and achievable goals. Discover new ways for your family to eat better, be more active and spend time together. Earn points by completing weekly challenge cards.
