Part Time Positions

Lifeguard Coordinator This position is primarily responsible for lifeguard scheduling, scheduling of in-service trainings, drop drills, quick checks and bather protocol.  The Lifeguard Coordinator is also responsible for the safety and well being of all pool patrons and participants in aquatic programs. Requirements: must have current YMCA, Red Cross or equivalent lifeguard certification, 18 years of age, 2 years of lifeguard experience, 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. The Lifeguard Coordinator must be able to work varied shifts, up to 28 hours per week. Contact

Lead Swim Instructor

We are looking for experienced swim instructors who love the water and love working with kids. Must be 17 years old with 1 year experience in a recognized swim program. Varied shifts are available during the week and on weekends. Contact

Preschool Positions are located at Lenape Valley Presbyterian Church - Contact

Group Supervisor Teaching Position (Lead Teacher) 
Candidates must have experience working with young children ages 2-5 years. Bachelors/Masters degree in Education or equivalent required. Position starts in July.

Afternoon Teacher Assistants
Assistants must have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. College credit preferred. Candidates must be able to work with children ages 2 - 5 years and have previous experience working with young children.  Positions start in August and run year round.

 

Youth Development Instructors and Dance Teachers
Are you a team oriented individual who has previous experience working with children? We offer children ages 1-12 sports, gymnastics, dance and parent/child classes and are looking for instructors to teach them in a safe, enjoyable and positive environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a flexible schedule and be willing to be trained in all aspects of youth development. Classes run weekdays and weekends, daily and in the evening.
