Aquatic Center
Traditional Pool consists of a six lane, 25 meter competition pool; ultra violet H20 sanitation system; carefully monitored chemistry and pool maintenance; hydraulic lift; lap, recreational and program space for family, friends and community partners.

Inez Lenfest Aquatic Center Water Park Pool features JoAnn Millet Instructional Pool, recreational water park elements including a 13' high double looped water slide, therapy pool, zero degree beach entry and hydraulic lift chair.

Fitness Center
Spacious 8,650 square foot state-of-the-art Fitness Center includes new flooring, spacious floor plan, upgraded cardio theater system with new TV's, and new innovative equipment such as Jacobs Ladder, Rope Machine, and Swim/Kayak Ergometer. New Cardio Circuit strength machines provide a simple, non-intimidating option for older active adults, youth and those new to fitness. The Cardio Circuit can also be a challenging, effective express workout for those with busy schedules. Unique offerings of equipment and services available; an ever-expanding line of cardio equipment includes a variety of selectorized resistance equipment and a new expanded free weight area.

Aerobic Studios
Four Group Fitness Studios, including a new Spin Studio with 32 Star Trac NXT spin bikes available for various programming. Free member programs include, but are not limited to: Youth Strength & Conditioning, a robust schedule of Group Fitness Classes including yoga, pilates and more (over 100 class offerings per week).

Fitness Testing Area
Try our Polar Body Age state of the art fitness assessment system to discover your TRUE body age. Your personal evaluator will assess your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance/strength and flexibility. This will reveal your age and give you suggestions for improvement in each of the categories. Our Personal Training Staff will design your program based on the results of this assessment and your goals.

Men and Women - Enjoy a sauna after your workout! The warm dry heat will relax you and ease muscle stiffness. Multiple seating available, glass window and door for your safety.
Must be 18 or older.

Locker Rooms
Mens and womens locker rooms are for ages 15 & over only! Teens 12-14 yrs old may use the mens and womens locker rooms after 3 PM. Please take children into the Family Changing Rooms or appropriate youth locker room. Boys' and Girl's locker rooms are for ages 14 & under (may be accompanied by same sex parent) and children 5 & under of either sex with parent. 

Family & Special Needs Locker Rooms
Family changing rooms are for families with both boys and girls and those with special needs and caregivers or anyone else with a special need. Meant for those needing a little more space for a wheelchair, or help from a caregiver, or a parent with a child of the opposite sex (over the age of six) needing adult assistance. A vanity and banks of lockers in a common area, plus two privacy toilet/shower/dressing areas will meet these special needs.

Child Watch
Babysitting includes a separate infant area (closed during non-peak times) and a spacious general purpose room with separate snack area. Two bathroom facilities are located inside the babysitting area make necessary trips convenient. Floors are carpeted and tiled.  Lots of new toys, book shelves, cubbies and open play area. Multi-purpose room for various programming and birthday parties.

Our beautiful playground offers slides, rock climbing, swings and more for children ages 3 to 12.

Teen Center - Free to Community Teens!
Our onsite Teen Center offers a pool table, X-men arcade game, Verizon FIOS High Speed Internet lounge, two televisions, one a wide screen, and X-Box 360, and Guitar Hero II. A state of the art sound system is available for regular events such as parties, Band Jams and Open Mic Nights are scheduled. A YMCA supervisor is on site at all times to ensure the safe responsible use of the facility. Designed to give young people a place to hang out, socialize and have fun.

Skate Park
Try the low ramp street course with mini ramp! For the beginner to the more experienced! Proper equipment is required at all times (rental available), and a Hold Harmless form must be completed. Anyone 17 years or younger must have a parent signed waiver on file, having been signed in the presence of a Member Services staff person. Check for BMX schedule as well as 6 to 8 year old sessions and clinics.

Chambers 19 runs the cafe located in our Y lobby and offers paninis, sandwiches, kids menus, muffins and bagels, coffee, tea, and drinks, including smoothies. Hours may vary, please call for details, 215.348.8131, x0.
