Activities & Fitness for Active Older Adults

The Y offers a place for active older adults to participate in activities and fitness programs. Choose to participate in programs provided to all ages or those specialy designed for seniors with less mobility. 

Fitness Programs

Our Active Older Adult members are welcome at any and all of our classes. Our low-impact land and group exercise classes are free to members and available at regularly scheduled times, found here.

Activities

Programs designed just for active older adults include our Fine Art of Aging Creatively art programs,  technology workshops, games clubs and more.
