GROUP EXERCISE

There's no better way to maintain a healthy lifestyle than by working out with others in a group setting. Between our branches, we offer hundreds of opportunties each week to workout, stay moving and meet others.

Group fitness classes are an important part of your wellness experience at Central Bucks Family YMCA. At the Y, we offer guidance from certified instructors in a variety classes.

In Doylestown, group exercise classes are offered in our studios and in our pools, while Warminster offers a variety of group exercise classes in our studios. Group exercise classes in both branches are free to members.

Spotlight on: WARMINSTER
Fitness Center Circuit Classes

Join us for a machine based circuit workout in the fitness center. This staff-led class is for those new to exercise and season fitness center users too! It will help improve muscle definition, aid in weight loss as well as provide a buddy to work out with. Register at the Welcome Center or via MindBody. Warminster branch only.

When it comes to weight loss, there is no such thing as One Size Fits All...there is one basic truth however; you need to burn more than you eat. Our KORR Metabolic Analysis will tell you exactly how many calories your body actually burns and how many calories you should eat to lose or maintain your weight. This is a necessary analysis for anyone serious about achieving their weight loss goals. We encourage re-analysis every 4 to 6 months to establish new caloric guidelines to follow. If purchased, must contact Lisa Schwartzer directly to schedule appointment.
