At the Y, we provide more than just a state-of-the-art fitness center and exercise studios, we are focused.

Wellness Center

DOYLESTOWN | The fitness center in our Doylestown Branch is a state-of-the-art wellness center with dedicated space for stretching, cardio, strength and TRX. MYZONE available.

WARMINSTER | The fitness center in our Warminster branch has over 100 pieces of equipment including treadmills, elipticals, rowers, weight equipment and more. TRX is available in our spin room. MYZONE available.

Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are an important part of your wellness experience at Central Bucks Family YMCA. At the Y, we offer guidance from certified instructors in a variety of physical modalities. At the Y you can participate in classes that improve your endurance, classes that can help you stretch deeper and align your body properly, as well as classes that are fun and fit a variety of ability levels.

In Doylestown, group exercise classes on both land and in the water are offered free of charge with your membership.

In Warminster, land group exercise classes are offered free of charge with your membership. Aquatics group exercise classes are offered in a fee-based format with a reduced rate provided to members.

21 days pantsChallenges

Our 21 Day Challenge (for women) and Mansformation (for men) are a great way to get in shape with friends and challenge yourself. $99 includes three small group training classes per week along with meal plans and wellness coaching. Warm Water Group Exercise Classes

Our Warminster branch aquatics group exercise classes are held in 90 degree water at our partner site, Kids First Swim (next door).  Register now for these popular programs as space is limited.

Member Journey

Every three months, members are entitled to JOURNEY, an approach to wellness that involves personal fitness assessments, equipment training and lots of support. Choose any or all of these options every three months. Get full details or register here.

Metabolic Analysis
Metabolic Analysis (by appointment)

When it comes to weight loss, there is no such thing as One Size Fits All...there is one basic truth however; you need to burn more than you eat. Our KORR Metabolic Analysis will tell you exactly how many calories your body actually burns and how many calories you should eat to lose or maintain your weight. This is a necessary analysis for anyone serious about achieving their weight loss goals. We encourage re-analysis every 4 to 6 months to establish new caloric guidelines to follow. If purchased, must contact Lisa Schwartzer directly to schedule appointment.

Aqua Yoga (16+ yrs)
Aqua Yoga incorporates deep breathing, gentle stretching and balance exercises, assisted by the support of the water. Endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation | For all ages with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and other rheumatic related conditions. Aqua Dance embraces the rhythms and movements of a variety of upbeat styles creating endless possibilities for fun and energizing workouts! Strong by Zumba is a high intensity interval class ? think burpees, pushups, and other high-impact moves ? that's synced to specific music. After all, Zumba is all about the music.
