Personal Training

Personal training can help you meet your personal fitness goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. Work with any of our great trainers in an individual setting or a group setting of 2-3 members. A personal trainer guides you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport-specific training is also available.

PT Club
Join the club and get prices that are lower than package prices, receive monthly newsletters and specials throughout the year.

One-On-One Training
7 yrs+ 30, 45 or 60 min | A certified Personal Trainer will guide you through a mix of cardiovascular, weight training, stretching and resistance training. Sport Specific Training is available.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Work with any of our great trainers in a group setting of 2-3 members. Excellent option for parent and child, spouses, friends and teammates. Training with someone else gives you added support, extra accountability and maximum motivation.

Health Coaching

Looking for advice with food, exercise and overall health along with the accountability needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle? A dedicated health coach will meet with you to discuss proper food choices, how to handle and overcome obstacles with food, recommended exercise. Goal setting included along with check-ins via email.
