Babysitter Training (11 to 14 yrs)
Learn essential babysitting skills. Curriculum includes babysitting as a business, behavior management and first aid skills. Certification through Safe-Sitter.

Aikido (age 7+)
Japanese martial art of unarmed self defense uses attacker's force against them; encourages discipline and a nonviolent attitude. Develops rhythmic movement and physical fitness; improves reaction, perception and coordination; promotes strength and suppleness through twisting, bending and stretching movements.

Strength Training 101 Series (age 15+)
Led by a certified personal trainer, this small group class will provide you with the foundations to get started with a strength training routine. Each session will focus on one exercise. The series includes squats, chest press, and dead lifts.
