Instructional Pool & Spa will be closed for the remainder of today (10/30) for an emergency motor replacement. Lessons scheduled for 4:30pm will run in the Traditional Pool but 5:15 and 6:00pm lessons are cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please stay tuned to our website for reopening information. 

Spa will be closed on November 4, 11-2pm for cleaning.

Dodgeball league is postponed one week due to the Lenape Dodgeball Tournament. The first week of Dodgeball League will be November 6 and will run through December 18.

Kids Triathlon

Welcome to race day! Please remember that this is a rain or shine event. Registration is now closed for the Kids Triathlon and we have over 240 youth participating. The Y will be closed until noon for this event. Please refer to the Parent handbook for full details on the race including rules for racers and parents, schedule, what to bring, & safety concerns. Race routes can be found in the Parent Handbook or here on our website.

In the case of weather related changes on race day, please check the front page of our website for updates here.  Race results will be posted to our website after 6pm on 8/3 on the results page here.

| Check-in beings in Gym B. Pickup up race bib, goody bag and t-shirt & proceed outside for body marking. Parent must accompany racer to check-in.

6:15am | Transition area opens, all equipment must be in transition area by 7:30am. 

7:30am | Transition area closes, racers must have their gear in appropriate transition area by 7:30

7:45am | Opening ceremony outside Y entrance under the flag pole. We ask all racers to be in attendance at this time. At conclusion of the opening ceremony children age 8 to 9 proceed directly into the pool for the pre-race meeting and to begin race)

7:55am | 8 to 9 age group assemble by main Y entrance doors, move to pool

8:05am | 8 to 9 age group begin 50 meter swim, 1¾ mile bike, .50 mile run

8:30am | 6 to 7 age group assemble by main Y entrance doors, move to pool

8:50am | 6 to 7 age group begin 25 meters swim, 1¾ mile bike, .50 mile pool

9:00am | Wee-bee age group assemble by main Y entrance doors, move to pool

9:20am | Wee-bee age group begins.  Parent/guardian must accompany Wee-bee’s in their race at all times. All Wee-bee parents must come in a swim suit & if a wee-bee uses a flotation device you will be required to be in the pool.

9:40am | 12 to 14 age group assemble by main Y entrance doors, move to pool

9:55am | 12 to 14 age group begin 150 meter swim, 3½ mile bike, ¾ mile run

10:05am | 10 to 11 age group assemble by main Y entrance doors, move to pool

10:20am | 10 to 11 age group begin 100 meter swim, 3½ mile bike, ¾ mile run
