NEW! Teen Leaders Camp
We're looking for those teens who are ready for something more! Teen Leaders Camp is designed to assist teens in growing as an individual while developing self-confidence as they learn how to impact themselves and their community. Each day the leaders will have a workout session, followed by team building exercises. Leaders receive encouragement through direct instruction and are challenged to be all they can be! Also consists of community service projects, swimming and a trip during the week!

Babysitter Training
Campers develop skills in leadership and professionalism; safety and safe play; and first aid. They acquire knowledge, skills and confidence to care for infants and school-age children. Combining video, activities, hands-on skills training and discussion for a complete learning experience:

  • Red Cross First Aid Certification
  • The business side of babysitting
  • Direct experience in the Y Child Watch area
  • Behavior management skills
  • Certificate of completion at the graduation celebration

Track & Field
Choose one week or sign up for both. Either way, we promise this camp will make you sweat! Week 1 - Track Camp helps campers to become faster and smarter athletes. Designed for athletes of all skill levels, we encourage individual campers to explore new events and set challenging goals. Week 2 - Campers pick an area to specialize in and spend the week working on a specific event:  sprinting, distance, long jump, triple jump, hurdles or shot put.

Teen Art Camp
Campers learn about different genres of art while creating a new genre of their very own.

Teen Tennis Camp
Learn basic tennis skills such as ground strokes, volleys, serves and footwork. Campers participate in a series of drills followed by game play. Tennis Camp emphasizes having fun and developing a love for the sport. Friday is tournament play. All campers must bring a racquet.

NEW! Cross Country
Campers receive instruction and drills related to the sport of cross country. Topics include:  training schedules, running mechanics, weight training, stretching, nutrition, race strategy, peaking, cross training, mental preparation and workout design.
