Dodgeball league is postponed one week due to the Lenape Dodgeball Tournament. The first week of Dodgeball League will be November 6 and will run through December 18.

Karate Youth

Karate Kidz:
4 to 7 yrs | Positive experience offering skills and tasks that can be accomplished with practice. Basic karate techniques mixed with interactive games and exercises to develop self-esteem and confidence. Children learn respect, humility, focus and discipline while getting exercise and having fun.

Y Junior Karate
7 to 12 yrs | Learn traditional Shotokan Karate in a kid friendly atmosphere. Great option for children new to Karate and for Dragon Warriorz to continue developing skills. Smooth transition to Family Karate.

Y Family Karate
7 yrs to Adult | A progressive program training both physical and mental aspects of Karate. Emphasis in beginner classes is on basic techniques and confidence building. Advanced program (beginner class required) includes advanced techniqes, sparring, and self-defense as well as developing physical and mental skills.
