Youth & Teen Strength & Fitness Orientation

10 to 14 yrs | Required | Introduces fundamentals of fitness and exercise with supervised instruction on strength and cardio equipment. Must attend all sessions.

10 to 11 yrs | Limited to 6 participants; parent must accompany child to first class of session. Successful completion required before use of the Fitness Center with parental supervision.

12 to 14 yrs | Limited to 8 participants

Y Play
4 to 6 yrs | 6 to 11 yrs
Participate, learn and get active! Designed to get your child moving and build healthy habits. Emphasize movement and healthy tips each week.

Yoga for Kidz
5 to 12 yrs    Studio D
Focus on physical posture and breathing exercises to build strength, flexibility and stamina, offering physical and mental health benefits.

Sure, chillin’ out is cool. But rockin’ out is a blast! That’s why you’re gonna love the Zumbatomic® fitness program for kids. It’s a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba™ program’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Watch your child’s energy and fitness levels soar as they get the groove.

Athletic Sports Training | NEW!
Grades 3 to 6 | Learn fundamental movements and proper body mechanics. Non sport-specific, movement drills for on or off the field/court. Special team accommodations.
