Gymnastics at the Y is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, agility and confidence in youth. At the Y, gymnastics is taught in a progressive manner by age and skill level developing tumbling skills and use of gymnastics equipment. Classes available for a variety of ages and abilities.

Youth Sports - Parent/Child
Class Sampler (1 to 3 yrs) - Parent/Child
Explore your child?s interests with a variety of fun activities. Includes tumbling, sports, singing and parachute time.
Gym Kids - Basketball (2 to 4 yrs) Parent/Child
Live Y'ers (18 mths to 3 yrs)
Safe, well-equipped gym. Concentrates on balance, coordination, basic locomotor skills and social interaction. Children are introduced to a different style of music each week.
Musical Munchkins (1 to 3 yrs) - Parent/Child
Sing with your child; introduction to instruments.
Parent-Tot-Sports (2 to 4 yrs)
Tumbling Together (2 to 4 yrs) - Parent/Child Class
Have fun together learning fundamental tumbling skills. Children introduced to the bar, balance beam and rings
Gymnastics & Tumbling (3 to 11 yrs)
Advanced Gymnastics (8 to 11 yrs)
Prerequisite: Beg II and instructor approval. Designed for the experienced gymnast. Small group instruction on floor, beam and bar.
Beginner Gymnastics (5 to 6 yrs)
Introduction to advanced skills on Gym Kidz Circuit. Progressing to independent and more complex tumbling skills.
Intermediate Gymnastics (6 to 8 yrs)
Independent tumbling, includes cartwheel and handstand on balance beam and flips on the uneven bars.
Kinder Gymers (4 to 5 yrs)
Develop fundamental techniques and progress to independent tumbling skills. Additional skills taught on the balance beam, rings and bar.
Tiny Tumblers (3 to 4 yrs)
Learn fundamental tumbling skills. Introduction to bar, balance beam and rings.
