Youth Sports and Leagues
The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning a sport or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

NFL Flag Football Leagues
April 14-June 9
NFL sponsored youth flag football leagues are one of our most popular sports with a group available for all ages including 5 to 6, 7 to 9, 10 to 12 and a teen league for ages 13 to 15. Registration now open!
Cheetah Track Club | March 24 to June 2Our team will focus on distance and sprinting events during the season while also holding introductory sessions for field events. In addition to developing skills, we build confidence, sportsmanship and teamwork through our three focus areas: development, team and positive competition. Weeknight practices are held at the YMCA. Saturday practices take place at Tohickon Middle School track. Our club hosts three meets during the season and runners also have the opportunities to run in meets offered by outside organizations.
Cheetahs MentorsAge 14+ | Group of older runners who will train with the Cheetahs team and contribute as help at practices for younger runners. This group is not required to be at every practice and can choose to train or assist as available. Mentors will be eligible to run in meets with the team in their age bracket and can earn service hours for volunteer time assisting at practices for younger runners.
