Spend 3.5 hours working up a sweat or just stop in for part of the morning. If you stay for the entire morning you will be entered into a raffle to win a prize!

7:45-8:00 am Intro/Warm Up
8:00-8:20 am Combat
8:25-8:45 am HIIT
8:50-9:10 am Barre
9:15-9:35 am Zumba
9:40-10 am AB Blast
10:00-10:10 am BREAK
10:15-10:35 am Pop Pilates
10:40-11:00 am Pump
11:05-11:30 am Deep Stretch

All classes held in Studio A with the exception of the 7 am Pilates class. Beginner Taijiquan at 12:35 in Studio A will still run that day as well.  Spin classes and the following mind/body classes located in Studio C/D will still run as scheduled that day.
