Teen Health and Wellness
Teens are able to participate in most adult fitness classes offered at the Y. In addition, special classes are offered just for them. Teen boxing, dodgeball, basketball and other great classes are available just to kids age 13-17. Check brochure for seasonal listings.
Teen Fitness Orientation
Required for teens 14 and under who wish to utilize the fitness center. Classes introduce the fundamentals of fitness and exercise with supervised instructions on strength and cardio equipment. Successful completion includes attendance at all classes.
Teen Speed and Agility Clinic, age 14-17Jul 24-Aug 7

Take your game to the next level by improving speed and agility performance. This 4-week clinic is designed to introduce athletes to agility drills designed to improve athletic speed and agility in any sport. Two certified personal trainers will teach athletes proper form and technique when executing drills and measure each participant’s time for agility tests, ladder drills and sprint drills.
